Lithium Americas Corp is a resource company focused on developing lithium projects to supply the battery and electric vehicle industries. Its main effort is the Thacker Pass clay lithium project in Nevada, where it plans to extract lithium from sedimentary clay deposits. The company also has ties to lithium brine development in Argentina. It is based in Canada and works with partners and customers in the battery supply chain.
