Riber S.A. designs and builds molecular beam epitaxy systems, the specialised equipment used to grow very thin crystalline layers of compound semiconductors. Its machines serve research laboratories, universities and industrial manufacturers who make devices such as lasers, solar cells and high-frequency electronic components.
