AO World is an online retailer of household appliances and consumer electronics, based in Bolton in the United Kingdom. It sells washing machines, fridges, cookers, televisions and small kitchen appliances through its website, mainly to household customers in Britain, and it also offers delivery, installation and recycling services for the products it sells. The company runs its own logistics and customer service operations to support those sales.
