Hong Kong Land Holdings is a property group that invests in, manages and develops real estate, chiefly prime commercial buildings. Its portfolio centres on office and retail space in Hong Kong's central business district, where it owns and operates landmark office towers and shopping arcades, and it also holds residential and mixed-use projects in other Asian cities. Tenants include financial firms, professional services and retailers, and the company is based in Hong Kong.

What this score is, and is not
It describes how this stock has traded: trend, momentum, risk, liquidity and dividends, each ranked against the other stocks on its own exchange. It does not measure how healthy or cheap the business is. That fundamental X-Ray needs financial statements, which we do not have for UK yet.
