LendInvest is a property finance company based in the United Kingdom. It provides short-term bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages to landlords, property investors and small developers, funding these loans through its own balance sheet and through an investment platform where outside investors can participate. Its customers are mainly professional property investors and borrowers who need fast, flexible finance for residential and commercial property projects that mainstream lenders may not accommodate.
