About the company

S&U plc is a British specialist lender based in the United Kingdom. Through its motor finance arm it provides hire purchase and conditional sale agreements to customers buying used cars, many of whom are not served by mainstream banks. A separate division offers short-term bridging loans secured against property. The company funds its lending through its own resources and borrowings, and deals directly with consumers and motor dealers rather than with large corporate clients.

The shares are listed on the London Exchange in UK under the code SUS, and the price on this page is in pence sterling (GBX). Our dividend records, which start in 2019, show payments in 8 different calendar years.
