Sovkomflot PAO is a Russian shipping company based in Saint Petersburg that operates a fleet of tankers carrying crude oil and petroleum products, along with liquefied natural gas carriers and other specialised vessels. It serves energy companies and commodity traders, providing marine transportation and related offshore services for oil and gas projects. Its ships trade on international routes, and the company also offers ship management and crew training through its own maritime training facilities.
