Sovcombank is a Russian commercial bank based in Kostroma. It serves individual customers with services such as mortgages, consumer loans, payment cards and deposits, and it also works with corporate clients, offering business lending and related banking services. The bank operates through a branch network across Russia and has expanded partly by taking over other banks. Its activities centre on everyday retail banking and lending to households and companies in the Russian market.

What this score is, and is not
It describes how this stock has traded: trend, momentum, risk, liquidity and dividends, each ranked against the other stocks on its own exchange. It does not measure how healthy or cheap the business is. That fundamental X-Ray needs financial statements, which we do not have for Russia yet.

Signals describe what the chart is doing, not what to do. Moving averages: price above the average is bullish. Oscillators use the usual thresholds (RSI 30/70, Stochastic 20/80, CCI ±100, Williams %R −80/−20; MACD and momentum above zero are bullish). Weekly and monthly views use closing prices only.
