Bonava is a residential property developer based in Sweden that builds homes for private buyers. The company develops and constructs apartments, terraced houses and similar housing, and it also handles the sale of the finished homes to individual customers. Its operations span several countries in northern Europe and the Baltic region, where it works on projects from land acquisition through construction to handover. Bonava focuses on housing for ordinary households rather than commercial property.
